The Service provides training recommendations based on the data you supply. These recommendations are:

• For informational purposes only, and not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice.

• Not tailored for medical conditions, injuries, or individual health needs unless specifically indicated.

Always consult a physician or certified fitness professional before beginning any training program. Protify LLC is not liable for any injury, harm, or adverse outcomes resulting from the use of our recommendations.

We do not collect or store personally identifiable information (PII) unless explicitly provided by you. We may collect and store anonymized or pseudonymized fitness and activity data as necessary to operate the Service.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• All activities that occur under your account.

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• The accuracy of training recommendations.

• That the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Protify LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Protify LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
